Option 1
Please check our concert schedule to see if we are touring your area. If we are, please e-mail or call us to book your church.
Option 2
If we are not booked to tour your area, and you would like to invite Rudy Micelli for your event or local church:
1) Please check the
concert schedule to see that the date of
your event is available.
2)
E-mail us to
for booking information. Generally, the host organizations pays for all
travel and lodging expenses, in addition to honorarium and/or a love offering.
3) After the date is reserved, you will receive a Concert Agreement for your
review and signage.
4) Once you sign the Concert Agreement and mail back to the ministry, your
concert is confirmed
5) We will then provide you with
promotional materials.

How to Promote a Concert
When your church has booked a concert, the ministry will send you basic promotional packet with includes a master for bulletin inserts, posters and a demo CD to play in your church.
Customized Posters
A customized poster is available from the ministry for a fee. To request
more information, please e-mail us at
management@rudymicelli.org
or call 817-645-7716. When contacting us, please have the following
information ready:
1. Concert ID number
2. A brief description of your event
3. The date of your event
4. The location of your event
5. Host contact information
6. Any ticket or admission information
7. Quantity of posters needed
8. Size of poster requested
